1. Where is my parcel?
Our average delivery time is 1–2 business days (USA) once your order has been processed. If your order hasn't arrived after 2 days, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@velenix.com.
2. Two business days have passed and I still haven't received my package?
We’re sorry for the delay!
Please first check your tracking link — sometimes parcels experience brief delays in transit. In most cases, the package will still be delivered within an extra 1–2 days.
If you still haven’t received it after that, contact us and we’ll resolve it together.
3. Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
It may take up to 12 hours after shipping for the code to activate.
Please also check your spam or promotions folder, just in case!
4. How can I track my order?
You can track your order directly on our tracking page using your tracking number:

Just enter the code you received via email, or use your order number and email/phone number.
5. I’m not satisfied with my package — what should I do?
